BEX RRI not working for particular user

Hello All,

Bex RRI Report is not working for particular user. He is able to see first report but when he tries to see the next report which is configured successfully in RSBBS, he is unable to see report in GOTO of the first report (In short, 2nd report is not coming in GOTO).

we are able to see the 2nd report with our user id.

Kindly let us know if you know any solution for the same.

I would start with doing an STAUTHTRACE on the backend of BW
