Hello Friends
I have modified a Process chain. However the modification does not reflect in RSPCM (Process Chain Monitor). I was wondering whether I have to remove the chain from RSPCM and add it again.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks and Regards
Rishi
Hi Rishi,
When you change any Process Chain, you need to activate the process chain and schedule it.
Hope it helps.

Hi,
Once you modify, activate and schedule/trigger the chain it will be available in RSPCM. If its not just go to RSPCM > Top right hand side you will find a create icon (second from left) "Add chain" > click on it and it will display all available chains > Add it.
This will ensure that the new chain is available.
Also dont forget to "Set filter" for the day the chain is triggered.
thanks,

Hit the activate and schedule button to apear in the monitor screen and if for some reason you have some problems and later want to remove it from schedule ..just goto process chain -->main menu -->Remove from schedule ,will not run the process chain
Hope it Helps
