I have created a questionnaire activity and have assigned the questionnaire in the process template. When i create the activity, it does not automatically attach the questionnaire. I have to search the questionnaire again and attach it to the activity.
I am not sure what is causing this - could it be i have missed a configuration, a table entry or what?

I created questionnaire activity types, assigned them to a process and object, and also assigned the activity category to these questionnaire activity types. I then created questionnaire templates, and assigned them to the activity types in the process template.
While creating a new activity under candidate shortlist, if i select any of these questionnaire activities the questionnaire template is not attached. I will have to manually search and assign it again, yet when i create the activity it should automatically assign the template. The requisition is assigned the process template.
Hi, when you create the process template with questionnaire activities, you need search a questionnaire and bind it to this questionnaire activity. Then while creating the requistion, assign this template to the requistion and then publish it. After a candidate apply this requistion, you can see him at the Candidate Short List. Now if you create the questionnaire activity for the candidate, you don't need to search questionnaire.
Hi,
You have to assign this process template to the requisition. Then at the candidate short list page, you can create the questionnaire activity to the candidate without search.
