Problem with BOR event

Hi all,

i created a new BOR named 'ZFIPP' from the standard BOR FIPP.

So in my specif workflow i would like to wait the event DELETED but in the wait event step the BOR object type is ZFIPP, why not FIPP ?? i would like FIPP type because in my standard transaction when i delete an object the FIPP.DELETED is published, so in my case, the event is not received in my workflow.

I tried to downcast the ZFIPP to FIPP with TEMPORARY container element, and it's work fine, but not clean.

Thanks for help.

    Hi,

Have you delegate your custom BO with standard BO ????

In SWO1 screen, goto Settings -> Delegate. Go for new entries and give Super Type as Std BO and Delegate type as Custom BO i.e ZFIPP in your case.

but in the wait event step the BOR object type is ZFIPP, why not FIPP ??

Goto transaction SWO6 and create the entry for delegation between FIPP and ZFIPP. Now go back to your workflow and in the WAIT FOR EVENT step use FIPP-DELETED instead of ZFIPP-DELETED.

I tried to downcast the ZFIPP to FIPP with TEMPORARY container element, and it's work fine, but not clean.

I didnt get what you mean here. Can you please explain?

    Thanks,
