Guys,

Please give the path for these & let me know where to maitain...

1.)How to maintain multiple sales units in material master according to sales org and distribution channel.

2.)How to maintain multiple loading groups in the material master according to plant.

3.) How to maintain multiple minimum order quantities in the material master according to division.

What does it mean when the question says "according to sales org and distribution channel" (OR) "according to plant"

hello, friend.

1. if you wish to maintain a sales unit per sales organization - distribution, this is standard. if your basic unit will be used as the sales unit, you don't need to make an entry in the sales unit field in the Sales Org1 view. if the sales unit will be different, you have to maintain alternative units of measure in the material master by clicking on "additional data > alternate units of measure".

2. when you do MM01 per plant, you can define the loading group in the Sales: General/plant view. you define loading groups by going to IMG > LOG EXECUTION > Shipping > Basic Shipping Functions > Shipping point and Goods receiving point determination > Define loading groups.

3. you can only maintain one division per material. however, you can maintain minimum order quantities according to Sales org/distribution channel/plant.

the combination of the Sales organization/distribution is also called distribution chain. the plant is the delivering plant. you can have material master created under the following possible combinations:

a. sales area 1000/01/01, plant ZON1

b. sales area 1000/02/01, plant ZON1

c. sales area 1000/01/01, plant ZON2

d. sales area 1000/02/01, plant ZON2

settings for loading group, minimum order quantities can be different for the above combinations.
