Anonymizing HR Data pre-ILM

Is it possible to anonymise HR data (in the sap standard)? If so, where and how is this performed?

There is an archived post from 2010 here which is basically the same question, the answers given = there are tools such as Accenture Clone&Test, EasyCopy ... however it wasn't part of the standard solution back then.

So now in 2017 and ILM, is this still the case?
