sap solution manager runtime error

hello experts,

our solution manager is configured.

in tcode DSWP when i click on solution manager

it is showing the short dump.

the current ABAP program "SAPLDSWP_CI" had to be terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

the following syntax error occured in program "SAPLCRM_ORDER_API" in include "LCRM_ORDER_APIU16"

line 75:

"the type "ARC_CRM_ORDER_WRITE" is unknown. "

what can be done
