Incident Management: Sending mail directly from ticket function stopped working

When I open an incident and click on "Send mail" I can't find any recipients. I starts searching, but it won't finish. I don't get any error message. I suspect an issue with some service in SAP since it works in a different system. Which services are responsible for this function?

    Hi, can you check the Action definition for your transaction type ?
