Hi,

Our Yemen LNG plant in preservation mode at the moment and my come back to production when the situation in the country improved. SAP is keeping generating PM work orders as maintenance plans scheduling indicator by (Time - key date). I want to hold or stop more than a thousand maintenance plans from generating work order. Can I do that collectively by list?

Thanks

Naji Abotalah,

Go to IP15 and use menu path: Maintenance Plan-->Functions-->Active<->Inactive-->Deactivate

Thanks. But I can not see the (Functions) in maintenance plan menu. How to make it appear?

I think you need to activate business function Enterprise Asset Management Part 7.

Hi Naji,

I echo Peter's reply....may be you are not looking at the right place to deactivate the maintenance plan

Try these steps again and lets see if it works for you:

1. Go to transaction code IP15, key in appropriate parameters for selection or select your existing variant & then EXECUTE to display Maintenance plans

2. Select Maintenance plans from the displayed list - then click on "Maintenance Plan" push button

3. Individual Maintenance plan is displayed in change mode, then go to Maintenance Plan >>> Functions >>> Active - Inactive >>> Deactivate

4. Save the changes made and repeat the same for other plans

Hope this should work !

IP25 is another option - but that sets the deletion flag.
