How do I clear the inbox of my Business Workplace?

Hello friends,

I have over 7000 messages in my Business Workplace inbox! How they were generated remains a mystery. Nonetheless, I need to delete everything in one go. How does one do this please?

Messages or workitems?

Messages - Ctrl+A and delete button. I hope you didnt mean Messages

Workitem - Transaction SWWL - give agent as your user id and execute. Now select all workitems and delete. If its a development system it is fine to do this but if it is a produciton system check with your customer if they are ok with deleting.
