How to do mapping for SF ONB with SAP HCM by using a simple table to map the fields ?

Hi,

I am integrating SF ONB with SAP HCM using the standard Integration Add-on 3.0. I am new in here. And I am following the below document

According this doc I need to create Field Sets if I have costume fields. Please find the attachment.

Please tell me the step by step process for this.
