Hi all,

I am doing Incident/Accident reporting using IHS component,

My client is asking for some reports kindly throw some ideas on this requirments

1. Last time injury frequency rate

2. All Injury frequency rate

3. Near miss frequency rate

Pl kindly give your views on these requirements to get.

Hi sashi,

To generate reports you can take ABAPer help.

OR

For Ex: Incident/Accident report

t-code CBIH83>Hit list->select all accident logs-> choose incident/Accident log--> Export

Now you will find the incident/accident log data in Excel format

From Excel sheet you can generate report as per your requirement.

Hi,

There is only a small amount of reports available out of the box. Most problems with developing this kind of reports occure due to the fact that the characteristics of the reports don't match very well with the transactional data of the incident/accident reports. So first check if you can make the selection for the reports based on the transaction data. If that is clear, then think about if you want to make your reporting based on ABAPS or in BI for example.
