Hi SAP C4C Experts,

I am integrating Facebook and Twitter with SAP C4C.

Client requirement is to import messages from Facebook and Twitter and analyse each message in SAP C4C and create ticket manually if required.

Please someone can advise how to achieve.

Hello, have you found a way to manually select what posts qualify as tickets ? or how to stop creation of tickets so we can manually convert a social media message into a ticket ?
