Disable detailed technical information displayed on UWL

Hi,

We have configured the UWL, when I open it, is displayed above the list of tasks a detailed technical information.

The information displayed is for example 'Information about the connected user' or 'Attributes supported to this entry'.

Somebody where can I disable this information?

Thanks and regards,

Manuel Míguez.

We have configured the UWL, when I open it, is displayed above the list of tasks a detailed technical information.

We generally get these details in the below part of the screen! I think this should be possible by modifying the UWL XML content. Once my portal team disable certain buttons available in the UWL screen by modifying the UWL XML.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

I guess that you are speaking about the so called "support information", which can be useful to have turned on in development environment. But I am not sure, if this is what you mean, since the support information is usually below the task list?

First of all the support information can be turned on/off in the UWL iView properties. Please check that with Portal guys.

There is also another location, where you can configure this, and this setting actually overwrites the above-mentioned iView property.

    1) System administration > system configuration

    2) In detailed navigation click on the UWL & Workflow folder

    to expand out

    3) Then click on the Universal Worklist Administration link

    4) Scroll down to the bottom of the page

    5) Optional Universal Worklist Service Configuration

    6) Open the Tray for the Optional UWL Service Configuration

    And there you go...

    Regards,

    Karri
