Hi,
I was using a different ID to login to SDN for quite a long time and i have reasonable amount of points in that account. Today I could not login with that ID, in the forums it shows my old ID as Guest in some places and in other areas "Username not available". Can any one from the SDN team help me to restore the ID or else add those points to my current ID.

send your request with your account details (old and new) to sapnetwork@sap.com. They will deal with that issue and will also move your points.
