I need to add few fields which is not provided standard in delivery due list.

You will need to have a user exit written.

This OSS notes will help you in creating the additional fields :-

198137 - VL10: Customer-specific enhancements / user exits

415716 - User exits in delivery processing

try sales and distribution -sales -

List- Define selction criteria.

If it is not working then you have to copy the standard code in vl04 and develop z report with the help of abaper..
