    Hello Vadivambal

If your import (all) is stuck you most likely will have to clean it up if it does not do anything anymore.

You should check the date/time stamps of the files contained in the tmp directory of the trans directory of your SAP system.

Do you still see the import running according to the import monitor ?

Do you see entries (besides a header entry) in tables TRBAT and TRJOB ?

Do you still see a process "tp" running on your server ?

Does a lock file exist in tmp directory of the trans directory of your SAP system ?

    Kind regards

    Tom

    Hello Vadivambal,

Can you provide some more details like ? transport log which shows transport steps ?

Check SM50 for free BGD Process you should atleast have 2 BGD free for importing the Transport Requests.

    So Check availability of them.

And see the timestamp of the Last update by the hanging Request in import Monitor..

Please provide these details for further asistance.

    Award Points if found helpful..

    Regards

    Shailesh

    Hi,

    The issue has been resolved.

    Issue & Soln:

network connection went down while the transport is going on.

So it clould not write the stop command in SLOG file.

When we have tried the transport at os level we have got an error saying that SLOG is alraedy in use.

Then have cleared the slog abnd started the import again and it is working fine now.

Any way thanks for your interest and support.

    rgds,

    Vadi
