Hi All,
I am working on FILE2IDOC scenario. I have done all ALE settings at XI side and as well as at R/3 side. When i am executing this scenario the file is picking from sourch directory and i got the success message in XI server through SXMB_MONI. But at receiver (R/3 system) i got the error message " IDOC added with errors".
FILE System--
>R/3 System.
I got the error at R/3 side. I think it's IDOC posting problem.
So, Please try to understand my problem and revert back to me ASAP with the solution.
Thanks & Regards,
Nagarjuna.
Hi,
Please verify the status code of the IDOC in We02 or We05.
The status code will give you more ellaborative error details
Norammly if status code is
51--> application doc is not posted check with it in R/3
52 -- > partially posted
53-->successfully posted
54-->Error during formal application check
56 -- > Idoc with errors may be partner profile error or inbound processing FM related error.
Thanks
Swarup

Hi Swarup,
you are right? i got the inbound status 56. That means partner profile not found. but i created the partner profile with inbound parameter with process code successfully. So, what could be the error? Please guess and revert back to me ASAP.
I am very thankful to you.
Thanks & Regards,
Nagarjuna.
Hi Nagarjuna,
If you don't mind can you check
once again your inbound partner profile,
in that corresponding to your messsgae type(IDOC)
u mentioned appropriate process code or not.
and please check the function module corresponding to process code.
problem still persists, please check the TRFC error
in SM58.
regards
mahesh.
Hi Mahesh,
In SM58, the message is "The current application triggered a termination wi" and the Target System "None".
I checked the inbound parameter and process code. it's o.k.
but in WE02, it gives the status code is 56. that means, partner profile not found.
Please understand my problem and respond with solution.
I am very thankful to you in advance.
Thanks & Regards,
Nagarjuna.
Hi,
If ur partner profile settings are correct then go to WE19 and give ur idoc number there and start inbound funtion module before starting it there will be a check box for debugging mode keep that.
If it doent reach the FM then there is an error in data, because IDOC will use standard FM.

Phani

Hi,
for 51 or 56 Errors do the following steps
goto WE19 > give the IDOC Number and Execute>
Press on Inbound function Module
Here the inbound processing FM will be executed and that could help you to track more about it.
Also verify the inbound processing program with reference to below link

Hi,
Can you please check the following:
1) Port is created in IDX1 of XI.
2) IDOC data should be uploaded in IDX2 in XI.
3) RFC destination which points to XI should be created in XI.
At R3 end:
1) Check the port in We20 transaction
2) Check the partner profile in WE21 transaction.
3) Check the IDOC status record in WE02 or WE05 transaction and let me know the error message.
Thnx
Chirag

HI Nagarjun,
Please go through this thread:
Debugging idoc:
Check, If IDoc is in status 51, it means it was properly delivered to R/3. So you can now set a break-point in the respective IDoc handling function and reprocess the IDoc with BD87 (or report: RBDINPUT). Then debug the IDoc function and find where the error message is issued.
