Publishing Application Service into Services Registry

Former Member

Hello,

using NWDS I developed a Business Object and a corresponding Application Service, which in turn is exposed as a WebService.

How do I publish this WebService into the ServicesRegistry?

What do i have to do to access this custom WebService with VisualComposer?

Thanks!

Kai

thanks ivan, ive already done this.

it seems you have to additionally publish the service using nw administrator:

nwa -> soa -> business -> publications restrictions.

thanks,

kai

Yes, the link I sent you is actually only a preparation. Follow the steps as described in the NWA. I hope they will help you.

Publishing Web Services from the SAP NetWeaver Administrator:

however the services do not get published to the SR, i have to manually do this by importing the WSDL via the NWA-GUI of SR.

(how do i remove services from SR if i have published the service twice with different WSDL-URLs?)

i read that webservices get auto-published into the SR if corresponding restrictions are created and activated?

next problem:

i am able to search the service registry using logical destinations in the WS Navigator, which lists my two manually published services which is fine. however visual composer returns no results if searching the same logical destination.
