Is it possible to set the properties of a KM document through Portal Drive?

Hi All,

Is it possible to:

1) To set the properties of a KM document using Portal Drive?

2) To set the custom properties of a document using Portal Drive?

3)To do automatic classification using Portal Drive?

If it is possible please let me how the ways to do it.

Hi Shilpa,

You can view, edit and delete custom properties for files. To work with these properties for a file:

1. Using Windows Explorer, locate the file.

2. Right-click the file or folder and select Properties.

3. On the resulting window, select the Portal Drive tab.

4. Use this window to add, edit and delete the custom

properties on the file

You must be connected online in order to use this feature.
