BO 4.1 SP7: To repair or to reinstall, That is the question.

Hi people!

I have a BO 4.1 SP7 broken. The Connection Server and the WebI not starting. I read the 2448822 Note but It doesn't help me.

Now, I have to choose bettwen repair or reinstall it. Does anyone know a guide, manual or howto to repair a BO 4.1 installation?
