Profit center report

HI

We have an custom report painter report for profit center which pulls data by functional area in the columns and accounts and account group in the row, Now they want the column to filter by both functiona area and Profit center group.

Can anybody please let me know how we can include the profit center group variable in the column? how we can define the set variable which table field? Is there a table to get data with field profit center group.

Thank you,

Nivi

    Dear Nivi

You need to work on report writer but not the painter.

    GS01 - Creating a Set

    GR11 for creating the variable

    GR21 for creating the library

GR51 - for creating the report group

    In report painter

how we can define the set variable which table field? - Go to Grr2 select your report and double click on the column in which you want to insert the variable, you will get one popup window, in that click on variable on/off there you can insert the variable.

Is there a table to get data with field profit center group.- ? While creating the report it self we create the table through which we call the values you can use the same table.

    Thanks
