Hi
When ever i create new contracts via VA41
an email ID(addrnum,persnum) is automatically associated to it
even with out actually creating it
could you please let me know where can i change the email ID
so that when ever i create a contract i can have my own mail ID

Hi Kittu,
Actually the Email-ID will come from customer mater record general data which is related to customer, there you can change through transaction XD02,but Iam not able to find exactly where you are getting Email-ID in the contact.
