HI,

Go to VL03N. Key in the Delivery no and from the menu press the Outbound Delivery------> Issue Delivery Output. A pop up will come. Either you can chose to print the delivery or see a print preview.

You can also use VL71 - for Mass printing of Delivery Notes.

HI,

If your form has been already configured in NACE, then goto VL03* t code and click on outtbound delivery->Issue output and slect the form

goto Vl002n->Extrs->assign output type (select picking / delivery) for the value-> then assign the mode

but you need to maintain the partner and other things for the user

Hi Lovleen,

goto VL02N initial screen. from the menu select delivery > issue output > select the require output conditin and do either the preview or print.

From vl02n, u can make delivery for no of materials---so u can print all..

Crete new output type--check with abaper for driven & driving programs for all the fields & line items from deliveries which took place through VL02n..

Also, you can get the output from the intial screen of VL02N, give the delivery document number and check in the menu u will get the output, click on it it will give u the condition types applicable for the document. select the output type and u have the option to have a print out or a preview.

this is for individual outputs, batch jobs also available in SAP which we can run in night times or idle times.

hope this helps u.

cheers,

Hema.
