While extracting the data from BW the OLAP processor read from which table

Hi to All,

i got a query....

1. While extracting the data from BW the OLAP processor read from which table?.

2. When you are transferring data from R/3 to BW which type of delta you are using?

please send me the answer.

    Hi Suman,

    While extracting from BW the OLAP Processor reads data from ur Targets in BW....like if the Report is running on Cube then data is read from the cube.....and the same for other targets.

    i didnt get ur second question.....can uelaborate on it.....

      Hi Nagesh,

      Thanks for your responce.

      1). Initially calling data from OLAP process with full load, where the data will store? in which table it will store like STable or Queue Table like that...where can we find those details.

      2). we extracting the data from data to BW, which type of delta we r using?

      please let me know ..

    hi,

    for your 2nd question

    1.Always prefer queued delta.

    2.direct delta prefer for smaller organizations when load is less.
