Draw upon your own very simple business scenario, For eg. Buy an asset and depreciate!
Get on to the system and work on [IDES |http://help.sap.com/saphelp_46c/helpdata/en/af/fc4f35dfe82578e10000009b38f839/frameset.htm]or create your own company in a sandbox environment.
Read the SAP help library and IMG, do the required config and run the scenario.
Repeat for all areas you have mentioned. Remember to keep the scenario simple.
