plz. tell me how can i create planning file entry

When a new plant is setup after creation of all master data and demand in the system, it is advisible to run MRP with processing "NEUPL" - Regenerative planning, using this system plans all the available materials in the system for the plant.

Hi,

Before creating planning file entry please check if MRP is active for the plant in transaction OMDU.

For planning file entry use the following transactions,

MD20 Create planning file entry

MD21 Display planning file entry

MDAB Set up planning file entry in background

MDRE Check planning file entry

Mr. Sachin,

To create planning file entry, use transaction MD20. However this is a material by material.

(If found helpful, dont forget to award points).

Note: If you want to do mass entry, use batch input transactions MDRE (consistency check) & MDAB (planning file entry), however be very careful. If you are not sure, test in SANDBOX server first
