Log in HCM Process & Forms (FPM)

In the standard workflow log of an FPM form is always showing "Completed" no matter agent Reject it (send back to author) or approve it.

When the same form is resubmitted the log confused the user as they can't see who initially rejected it?

how can we enhance standard log to change status field to show "Rejected" or "Approved"?

appreciate any help in this regard.

You are confusing two very different things.....the step status (completed or in process) .....and the process "flow" status" One thing you can do is use form scenario "step" names that more clearly describe what is going on. For example, you can have a "rejected by approver" step name.
