Multiple Company Codes

Hi,

How do we handle when employees are moved from one company code to the other.

The scenario is that there are two company codes under one GM - HR.

More or less, the same HR Admins perform the transactions of both the company codes.

The movement of the employees between both the company codes is also frequent. They shall keep moving out and returning back... and vice versa,

Pl give an outline of handling the scenario from different perspectives, considering PA, PD, Time, Travel, Training and Event Mgmt. The repurcassions of moving in and out and handling of the same.

The movement is within the same country.

Thanks in advance.

      Hi..... Kumar,

      As per the question

The Org. Assignment only changes when ever one employee moves from one company code to another

The other data will remain same

Ex:- If one employee is changing from one company code to another company only the organisational assignment (0001) and all the other data remains same as per the assignement.
