If I want to copy existing PO document type ,i can directly copy and create a new ?

What are all the Item category you want to allow in your new PO Doc.type.....
What are all the PR Doc.types you want to convert in to your PO Doc.types...

Use this path
IMG -> Material Management-> Purchasing -> Purchase Order ->Define Document Types for Purchase Order
Copy from Standard Purchase Order “NB” and rename it to “ZNB”
