Hello there,
does anybody have a clue how to adopt a SO10 standard text automatically in a header or line text in a PO (ME21N) I know how to do this manually, but i do not want interferance of the user.

It will not get adopted automatically in the PO.
You can automatically get it in the print out (or other output like email, etc) by including it in the layout / smart form.
