First you have to create the SOLUTION on the SOLMAN (enter machine name, IP address, SID, product version, etc) in SMSY.

After that, you should enter on the solution and in the Operations Menu choose "Change Management" --> "Support Package Stack"

Then you will have to follow the steps for choosing a STACK or only individual SP , and after that you will be able to confirm the SP to be downloaded from Download Manager.

    Hope this helps

    Regards

    Hi,

    Have you setup maintenance optimizer?

The first Pre-requisite to setup maintenance optimizer is

    SOLMAN to be

    SP10
