Maintenance Optimizer, approval step of download basket

Hello!

Im trying to download an update for our portal from the SAP web site, using download manager. But i can't get the file in download because this one has to be approve. I ve seen that this is done in Solution manager, but i can't find how to do it.Does someone know the step to solve this probleme?
