BPC 11, trouble with access the Manage All Environments

We want to copy environmentshell due to insturction from https://help.sap.com/viewer/d1711b4a86b447c38415629229003c02/11.0/en-US/692881150a8b479eac5c6b00e13a...

"To access the Manage All Environments screen, follow these steps:

  1. On the upper right corner of the screen, click the button.
  2. Click the name of the current environment.
  3. In the dialog that appears, choose Manage All Environments."

The third step doesn't work: dialog doesn't appear.

System: BPC 11, sp02

Please, help.

Hi all,
Im using BPC 11, SP3, but issue is still there. Note 2531919 is not applicable for my SP (marked as Not relevant in SNOTE)

Im using Sebastian's approach and its a good work around for now.

Hello Olga, did you solve the issue? I have same problem, what I found is if I use this link:

http(s):// <server>:<port>/sap/epm/bpc/web/?sap-client=<client>&sap-language=<LANGUAGE>/admin-environment-manage

BPC takes me to the manage environment section.

Hi Olga,

This is a well known issue and it is described in SAP note: 2531919 - Icons and messages are not aligned correctly In the message bar of 'manage all environment'.

This is a program error and it is solver in SP03 for BPC11 which support package will be released by SAP on CW51.

Are you talking about standard environment?

Looks like something was not done correctly during installation. Please check all steps:

Please also read central note:

and check versions of other components.

By the way, looks like BPC11 is not very stable (133 notes in SP02)
