    Hi,

Core team members are normally seniors in the implementation team who are the people having direct contact with the endusers since begining of the SAP Implementation proJect. They will act as a guide, coordinator and evaluators during all phases of the project among the implementation team and endusers.

Core team users are the senior management of the enduser company. They will coordinate from the enduser side starting from as is study to end of the project.

Business area and profit center are ment for diffent MIS purposes. There is no need to assaign profit center to business area. SAP has not provided such assignment.

    Regards

    *assaign points if useful

    Hi,

Core team members are the persons responsible person from the client side.

they will respnsible for collecting informatiom from the users & give it to Consultants in implementation phase.

    if it is in support,

if there is any issue for the users , users will report to core team ,

core team will try to solve teh problem,

    if it not possible ,

    coreteam consult with consultants.

core team users means end users.
