If u want these dates are same do this config settings,
1. For sales order date will be the system date for that no config settings are required.
2.For delivery date:dont maintain any value in the field "lead time in days" in vov8 tcode for that doc type and dont do any Avaliability check settings, then the delivery date will be the current date as sales order date.
3.For billing date: suppose if u complete the invoice on the sales order date system defaultly picks the date of the sales order date.

Hi Balaji,
That controls we can do in sales document type ( vov8) there u dont maintain any lead time in days and activate prop delivery date then system will pick up todays date as delivery date and maintain the sufficient stock otherwise if ur maintain RLT, pick pack time, loading time, transit time and transportation lead time then the delivery date will work on these days.
Now abt billing date, this will happen when u do PGI the same billing date will come, if ur doing PGI in the same day then Billing date is also become same..
order date = delivery date= billing date
I hope u got clarity on this.
If it solve ur problem reward me
