SAP Process Orchestration + WADL , REST provider (SAP ECC)

Hi Experts,

1. Does SAP PO or PI system can accept a WADL file and build DDIC needed in ESR referring to WADL file. if yes then which version of SAP PO / PI can do this, ie without third party adaptors like advantco.

2. Being a provider (SAP ECC 7.40, SP12 ) what is the best way to build a WADL file which needs to be published to consumers .
