HOW TO SEND EMAIL TO A PARTICULAR PARTNER FUNCTION IN WORKFLOW

Hi guys

we are working on CRM 5.0 standalone system.i want to send mail to a particular partner function whenever lead is created .please suggest some way to send mail to partner function which we have defined as loan officer in our case.
