    Hi,

Select the step “Send Mail” from the step list.

Enter the subject and the body of the message for the mail to be sent.

Change the recipients according to requirement.

Then select Transfer and to graphic button.

Enter the package as local object and press enter.

Enter the two conditions as Yes or No.

    Activate the workflow.

    Test the workflow.

    Regards,

    A S

    Hi Ashish,

You can send email to a particular partner function by assigning an action profile to the Lead transaction type.

Action profile will have action definition and condition and when you create a action definition, you can specify it to be a particualr partner function and in your case it is Loan Officer.

Under the BP master data mainatin the email address and select the type as INT for communication method.

Select the action definition and then select the method as external communication.

Ashish, you can find more details by seraching on this topic in forum.

Many of them already posted some PDF document to accomplish this.

    Thanks

    Srini

    hi Sri

one more things i want to ask.you have suggested the porocedure when mail server is there.

if i want to send mail to any recipient without having mail server.is there any way i can do that without maiking agent as general.

i have send mail by making the "assign agent" as general in attributes .

also as our condition is whenever lead is created or in process the mail will be send.

can u please tell me what will be the expression or condition in this case.

    like m using

    &lead.currentuserstatus& = E002

where lead is a container element.

    is this condition true.

    please advise reargding the queries.

    help will definitely be appreciated.

    regards

    ashish

      Hi,

This may not link in at all, and as I'm relatively new to SAP I apologise if it does not.

We currently have email being sent by workflow in ICWC using Actions, which then link through workflow to a smartform. The Action allows you to specify the partner function that you take the email address from, or at least that is how ours is configured.

      I hope this may help?

      All the best,

      Andrew G.
