In our as-is process, if the picker maintain the remaining quantity during the zero stock check in RF picking, the generated physical inventory document will be count and post directly.
But the business want the PI document keep stay with Count status first and later on post it after double check. so we did an enhancement to check the user tolerance group during PI generation in zero stock check. Now the PI document can stay in Count status, but afterwards we can not post this PI as the source HU was deleted from data base by system.
My question is: if the warehouse picker find remaining quantity during zero stock check, is there any solution to keep the generated PI document with count status first and post it later.
