Open candidate attachments in E-Recruiting

Hi there

We are facing an error in our E-Recruiting Production System. HR Managers and candidates as well aren't able to open any attachements. In SLG1 it shows the following error message:

No HRKWF document could be found with parameters HROBJECT = 01NA99032319 APPLICATION = RCF DOC_ID = WORK_EXPERIENCE VERSION = 000001 LANGU =

Diagnosis

No document with the parameters HROBJECT = 01NA99032319 APPLICATION = RCF and DOC_ID = WORK_EXPERIENCE VERSION = 000001 LANGU = is found while accessing the document storage for HR objects (HRKWF).

The data between infotype record and HRKWF is probably inconsistent.

After clicking to open an attachment, the browser shows the message:

You do not have the permission to access this ressource

I also checked the authorization for the Contentserver user with the single role SAP_RCF_CONTENT_SERVER which seems to be ok. Also the RFC destination is up and running.

Any help would be appreciated
