is it compatible?

Does it work ?

Only CRM 2007 and MS Outlook 2007 released by SAP ?

Hi Robert,

I would highly recommend ABAP mapBox. This is a part of ABAP stack .

This saves you from J2ee installation and other performance related problems.

However this ABAP MapBox is available from CRM 5.0 Sp09 onwards only.

For GW Connector installtion, check the SAP service market place for more details.

Hi,

GW Connector Sp14 supports Outlook 2007.

It has nothing to do with CRM release version if you are using

"Server Side GWI with ABAP MapBox"

Hi

At present SAP does not support integration with Outlook 2007. It only supports integration with Outlook 2003 as of now.
