Sales Invoice

Hi All

I have diff format of Sales Invoice to develop in my company -- eg. Service, Automatics,Controls, Trade Counter etc. The design and evern database for each of the Sales Invoice is different. I am developing these ones in Smartforms. So can I define more than one smartforms and their printprograms in NACE for SalesInvoice.

Please guide

Hi,

As per standard SAP all the invoices get created in VF01 and get printed in VF31.

So, in NACE you can define multiple output types and against each output type you can attach the prescribed driver program and smartform.

This issue is not restricted only to output types as discussed.

There are lot of other things to be taken care of like order type--delivery type---invoice type for each scenario.

Discuss with your SD consultant on the same.
