BADI/BAPI/Exit to trigger output in back ground for sales orders.

Friends, I have configured output determination for sales order header for customer notification if delivery is not created for the line item on the loading date of that line item, output should be triggered for the customer automatically.

Question; we don’t want to open and save the sales order in order to determine output for these sales orders as it’s time-consuming.

Hence, we are writing a program to set up batch job, so that program will open sales order and close it to trigger output. what is the BAPI/BADI/EXIT I can use, any help would be appreciated on how that program can be written. Thanks in advance.

    Hello Jaya,

    Just configure the output type in such a way that while saving an sales order your output type will get triggered automatically(in yellow color).

    The you can schedule a batch job which will check your condition and process the output(make it green).

    I don't want to trigger output automatically, Batch job should trigger output automatically .
