While I'm at it, here's another one I still see intermittently.

On Safari, Firefox, iPhone

In case you want to try to pinpoint it in a log, it just happened again.

I opened and was not logged in. Clicked the user icon that usually logs me on and got this page instead. Looked at the clock and it was 21:50 CET. Might have just changed minutes, so look for sometime between 21:49-21:50 CET.

The authentication completed, because when I opened it in a new tab I was logged in.


Same issue now!

I just had that today as well. In my experience this and similar issues have something to do with cache memory. Not even a CTRL+R page refresh helps.

They happen to me, when I have left my browser open for several days. Another scenario is with Chrome. I have it set to save open tab pages, and reopen them when I open the browser. In this scenario when an SCN page like this has been among the tab pages for a longer time, will issues like this happen.


Yes, something like this (cookies expired etc...). And it's very annoying.


Agree, something to do with timeouts. But regardless, this kind of response is a clear bug.

It just happened again. I closed the SCN tab last night, and this morning opened a new tab and went to SCN and got this message straight away.


Same for me today with desktop Windows Firefox.

Now I have this issue each day on different devices (Windows desktop with Firefox, iPad, Android phone)!
