R3Trans.exe last release

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade SAP R/3 4.6c to NW 2004s and during the prepare phase, I'm meeting a problem.

I'm getting this message : ERROR: The upgrade needs a patched version of R3trans which is

build on 21.03.07 or later.

Solution Manager Maintenance Optimizer is not yet configured so i'm not able to download it.

Can someone explains me how to download it ?
