Info record field selection

Hello

When we saw the Field selection for Inforecord in SPRO setting.

When MMPurchasingPurchasing Inforecord----Define screen layout

when we click on field selection ME11 , (create Inforecord) when we go to Field selction group Basic data, double cilck on it

Purchasing organization

Plant

Info category

these all above field lebel are showing me disply,(not reqd, not optional) but when we try to create the Info record,through t.code ME11 these all field are not gry why, like this?

I checked in all is it ? what is the reason?
