Custom pdf form not generating preview.

Hi Experts,

I have created this custom adobe form upon a custom BO.To call the form I have added an EC in the Opportunity TI screen and calling the form on click of a button. I have deployed the solution post form generation and binded the data model with the custom BO. But the form is not getting generated and stuck in the UI screen with the message "Generating preview..."
