need help on how to open posting periods and frm once postiong to anoher?

hi experts

could u help on my issue?

i want complete procedure of how to open posting period? and change one to another?

pls also give the procedure how to open 4 special periods at the end of physical year?

    HI

    Go to T.Code OB52 and for you Posting Period Variant change the Period for what account types you want and for Account Type +. The Account Types are A,D,K,M,S. If its helpful, plz assign points.

    Goto T.Code:OB52

    You can maitain the periods as below for normal period and special periods related to 2007

    01 2008 01 2008 13 2007 16 2007

    Hi,

    Execute t.code OB52.

    here you select your posting period varient.

    here you give from to pereiods say 12-12, if you want to open 12 th period.

    for special posting periods

    one more from to to button available from the same row,

    here you selct from 13-16

    &

    save it.
