HI Experts !

in pa20 some tabs r not coming e,g time data ,fi plan . how i can assign thes tabs in pa20 . plz explain me detailed steps .

Hi,

Infotype tabs are maintained in view V_T588C (tcode sm30, Menu type I) . here you will configure the tabs for particular user group. And List of infotypes for each tab is configured in the view V_T588B.

you have to assign the tabs to the user using tcode SU01

Hi Ranjana,

Follow the below steps,

1. First get the user group:- Go transaction SU3 - Goto parameter tab -> Check is there any entry for Parameter ID UGR- > if entry exists parameter value will be the user group, if entry doesnt exist then 00 is user group by default.

2. Next check the view V_T588C : Go to transaction SM30 for view V_T588C (Menu type I) -> Get the Menu No for the tab that you want to appear in the PA20/PA30. (In my client For Time Data menu is 16). Or you can create your own Menu.

3. Next got to view V_588B_S (sm30) -> Create a new entry in this view (For User group you got from step 1) with the menu no from step 2 (For time data it is 16).

Once you save this, you should be able to get the Time data tab in PA20.
