Reassign Carts

Hello All,

I have a request from my user :A that ,User :B has left the company and the carts created by User:B are to be reassigned to User :A.,so that User A can work on them.

How can this be done.?

Tried finding the Carts from bbp_pd but the User ID of User:B is removed from system.how can this be done.

And how can the carts be reassigned to User:A again.
