Reassign Carts

Hello All,

I have a request from my user :A that ,User :B has left the company and the carts created by User:B are to be reassigned to User :A.,so that User A can work on them.

How can this be done.?

Tried finding the Carts from bbp_pd but the User ID of User:B is removed from system.how can this be done.

And how can the carts be reassigned to User:A again.

Hi Arshad,

Work Load Reassignment is very much possible in SRM.

Transaction BBPWLRA01is used to redistribute workload for Shopping cart, Purchase order, Bid invitation and contract.

Also, in WEB GUI you can find option 'Redistribute Workload' under Centralized Purchasing.

To activate this in WEB GUI the user must have the

- SAP_BBP_STAL_PURCHASER

- SAP_BBP_STAL_SECRETARY

- SAP_BBP_STAL_OPERAT_PURCHASER roles

For automatic assignment of work load BBP_PGRP_ASSIGN_BADI' needs to be implemented.
