Chapter ID creation - CIN

Hi,

In J1ID transaction, when we create a new chapter id system asks for transport request to be saved in.

Since, this transction J1id will be used by the end user for maintaing the excise relevant details for customer, vendor, material, etc... we cannot give authorisation to the user end.

Is there any way to supress the transport request pop at this level or can we ignore it while saving the newly defined chapter id?

Please provide your inputs.

Hi Amit,

You nedd to define the Chapter ID in the IMG,then only you can maitain that in the Master data.

It is related to master data but when you defining the Chaoter ID the system will ask the Customisation Request to save the changes because it is happning in the IMG, menupath is

IMG -->Logistic general -->Tax on goods movement >India> master data--> maintain Chapter ID
